what's new?

I don't come here often anymore.  hardly enough time to clean the house, let alone update LJ. i do go on Facebook daily - it's been fun to catch up w/ old friends there.  so -catch me there if you'd like.  i'm actually thinking about leaving LJ for good - don't know yet.

Lillian developed the WORST diaper rash i've ever seen - i don't know if it was something she ate or what.  nothing new as far as clothing/diapers/environment goes.  the rash is pretty wide-spread and is really red and ugly/angry looking.  lots of raised bumps. 
help!  i put on diaper cream and i'm trying to let her go w/o a diaper as much as possible. anything else i can do to help her?

i just changed her and saw that the rash is spreading down her legs to her feet!  the bumps on her legs and feet are not as red as on her butt, but they are still raised/very evident.

Get a grip people, seriously.
i can't believe people are getting "offended" by this picture and her breastfeeding her babies.
put a girl in a string bikini on a cover of a magazine: no problem.  Angelina breastfeeding: problem.

So lets say you have a CD.  a friend wants a copy - so you burn them a copy.
is this illegal?
another scenario: you belong to a local music group for kids.  the leader wishes to collect favorite CDs from families and make a kind of "group CD" to play at the weekly music group meeting.  if you'd like, she'd also make you a copy of the music being played at the meeting.  you can play it at home or in the car w/ your kids.  these CDs are all bought "Fair and square" by other members and will be burned/copied by the group leader.
is this illegal?

A woman in the group i belong to says she's "morally opposed" to burning CDs b/c it's stealing from the musicians.
I was always under the impression that as long as you don't go around and sell the copies or use them for public use, it's okay.
